1. Engineers, Scientists & Patent Lawyers (Intellectual Property)
Job Description
Ius Juris, LLC is currently recruiting for an IP specialist. Relevant Legal Degree (LLB) or Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Software, Organic Chemistry or Biotechnology or other equivalent qualification is required.
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with an IP law firm, law firm or LPO, engaged in one or preferably more of the following: drafting patent applications, IP landscaping, patent mining, IPAM and claims mapping studies, and patent prosecution. Experience of US patent work is plus.
Candidate must show expertise on law and procedure relating to patents and IP. Excellent patent drafting skills, as well as drafting responses to office actions and patent prosecution is also required.
Strong organizational, analytical and professional skills. Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
2. Contract Attorney
Job Description
Ius Juris, LLC is currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Attorney. Ius Juris is a Legal Process Outsourcing company providing services in contract management, drafting and logistics. Potential applicants should have 1 to 5 years of experience ranging in all areas of the law pertaining to Contract work and must be able to specify source and type of experience. Work samples may be requested.
Candidate must be able to provide quality checks over all work done. Candidate must be highly motivated and self disciplined. He/she must also be able to work well with a team. Competitive salary and benefits are offered. Experience in other areas of the law, ie: litigation, research, pleadings is a plus.
