C. Chhaganlal - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chhaganlal graduated as a Barrister
and Solicitor with LL.B and LL.M law degrees from the London
School of Economics, as well as the Barrister-at-Law degree
from Grays' Inn in London, England. He also received a Certificate
of Law from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
He has practiced law in England, Fiji and New Zealand. His
areas of expertise have been Corporate Law, Intellectual
Property, Telecommunications Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.
He has an extensive litigation background in multiple jurisdictions.

India, in 1989, Jishnu worked for about 3 years in leading

Ms. Chandra is a graduate of Rollins College in Orlando,
Florida with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree, majoring
in Political Science. She has considerable Para-legal work

Kushagra Shah - Commercial and Corporate Law
Mr. Shah graduated with and LL. B. (Honors) from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, India. He has also completed a WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Diploma with a focus on Electronic Commerce and Intellectual Property. Mr. Shah holds experience as an Attorney in a wide range of legal areas including Commercial and Corporate Law, Trademarks, Security Laws and Property Law. He has been invited to speak at various forums, including a seminar on "Information Security Laws and its Implications on an Enterprise" recently in Kolkata, India.
Mr. Shah's publications include articles in prominent legal journals and Indian newspapers. He is the winner of the 15th Kerala Law Academy Moot in 2004.
