Kiran C. Chhaganlal - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chhaganlal graduated as a Barrister and Solicitor with LL.B and LL.M law degrees from the London School of Economics, as well as the Barrister-at-Law degree from Grays' Inn in London, England. He also received a Certificate of Law from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. He has practiced law in England, Fiji and New Zealand. His areas of expertise have been Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Telecommunications Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has an extensive litigation background in multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Chhaganlal has over 18 years of Senior Executive experience, principally in the telecommunications, wireless and investment markets. He has created and led Business Development, Legal, Regulatory, Corporate Compliance, Real Estate and Corporate Communications departments in companies owned by American, British and Singaporean multi-nationals. He has extensive operational experience in start-ups, IPOs and acquisitions, together with an in-depth background in International business development, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region as well as in the U.S.A.

Mr. Chhaganlal was born and raised in India, received the bulk of his primary and secondary education in Fiji Islands, was educated and practiced as a Barrister-at-Law in England, and spent fourteen years in the telecommnications and corporate sector in New Zealand. He has been in the USA just over six years, having spent at least eight years each in India, Fiji, England and New Zealand.

Mr. Chhaganlal is a Principal of Harbour Bridge Ventures, Inc, a firm founded to offer funding assistance, business process outsourcing to India, corporate development, market entry, and growth management services to both established and emerging technology companies. Among their client companies was 3i Infotech Limited (a subsidiary of ICICI Bank, now the largest bank in India), as well as several other Indian companies.

Mr. Chhaganlal was also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Florida Technology Partners, LLP of Orlando, Florida, established in 2000. FTP has set up and manages a network of Angel investors funding early-stage technology companies. FTP portfolio companies have raised over US$700 Million in funding between them.
