We have three levels internally.

Tier 1 Attorney
 Indian and/or U.S. Law School Degree
1 year experience - some in litigation
Indian and/or U.S. Bar Certified   

Tier 2 Attorney
Indian and/or U.S. Law School Degree
5 years experience including in litigation
Indian and/or U.S. Bar Certified

Project Leader Attorney
Senior attorney and partner with Indian law firm
Extensive legal research and litigation experience
Indian and/or U.K. and/or U.S. Bar Certified
